Located 1 hour north of Sacramento in the Sierra Foothills.
It's less than 2 hours from Reno, & about 3 hours from the Bay area.
It's only about a 15 minute drive to Beale Air Force Base, Grass Valley, & Nevada City.

Lake Wildwood is a private, gated community with 2,850 lots that are currently about 95%
developed.  There are also about 65 acres of parks and greenbelts.

Lake Wildwood is owned by the homeowners, and has elections for the Homeowner's
Association.  There are CC&Rs, which are designed to protect the privacy, peace, &
property values for Lake Wildwood property owners.  Wildwood has it's own piped-treated

gated security. (which keeps the crime rate very low).

the earth.  Lake Wildwood is located just 10 minutes away from Lake Englebright,
and Bridgeport ( a great swimming and Hiking area by the Yuba River.
